Default Squeeking from back of engine

Hey guys,
I have a 2oo1 3.o and have basically kept it stock except for the Mustang wheels I have added.. I have been doing lots of general maint. Brakes, fuel filter, etc but now I have a sqeeking that is coming off a part just under the EGR compression valve on the passenger side of the engine.. I has a wire going to it and when I jiggle it sometimes it quiets but mostly now sqeeks like helll... Anyone know what this part is?
Thanks for any help,

Ed

95% sure that it you Camshaft position sensor/synchronizer (the Achilles Heel of the Vulcan) going bad. Get it replaced ASAP since it drives your oil pump! This is one thing you'll definitely want the OEM replacement for, the aftermarket part is garbage!

Thanks alot. I think you are exactly right. I will replace asap..
I called Oreilly and they have the part but it is Borg warner. Someone mentioned in a thread that they carry the Ford OEM brand but It doesnt sound like it.
Thanks again, I will update when I get this done.

Again, I'm not 100% sure but I think the only place you can get the OEM one from is Ford.

Well it was the dreaded "chirp of death" I had it replaced both things replaced with OEM parts and sounds great now.

Total cost was $380 bucks.. Not happy about that but other than the starter this is the first trouble I've had and it's up to 114,000 miles.

Thanks for the help .
