Default 2003 ford ranger drum brake HELP !

I have a 2003 ford ranger xlt 4X4 4.0 L ext cab with 10" drums. I am having a problem with the driver side rear brake locking up on me recently I had a problem with the axle seals leaking. I replaced the seals and had to replace the drums and shoes because of the fluid leaking on them. I replaced the right side with no problem everything went together perfectly. now as for the left side the shoes seemed not to fit centered on the backing plate like the other side, I replaced all the springs the adjusting arm ,wheel, and springs.I noticed that the wheel cylinder wasn't compressing properly so that was replaced also. now when i drive it the brakes hangs up and seem like they are just too tight. I'm starting to think that it maybe the e brake, if anyone has any input on this i am all ears. THANKS GUYS

You have to adjust them with the adjustment wheel. Sounds like you have them set to tight.

x2
easiest way to check is to put the truck in the air and turn the wheel by hand it should feel like the shoes are barely touching with just a little bit of friction if its hard to turn its tightened to much
