What's next?
Started to take the trk out on a delivery, had no problems with any suspension or steering before this. As I get about 10 ft out of the parking lot the steering wheel gets really hard to turn. I figure the power steering pump has gone out, not too surprising as it is the original and they don't last forever. I replace it with a remanned one and the wheel is a little better as it moves fine for about 30 to 45 degrees in each direction, but then gets hard again. It still turns smoothly, no binding or bumping or squeaking. Just hard to turn. I plan on bleeding out all of the fluid tonite and see if that helps. Any other suggestions or experiences?

New serpentine belt put on last year and the alternator and ac work fine.

Well, draining the ps fliud didn't help at all. Still hard to turn after about 1/2 turn of steering wheel. Any suggestions? Am i looking at a rack and pinion?
