Default Need Help..

I got ahold of a 1990 Ranger XLT.. i know nothing about it at all it is 2wd and a 4 speed.. im looking for cheap mods or parts to make it run better hopefully if you look at the pictures i posted on my page you will be able to tell me somethings i dont know about my ranger

If you are unsure of it's history and it's not running too well, the first thing you should do is change the oil, new plugs and wires, and yeah, it's kind of a pita, but replace the timing belt. And btw, that's a manual trans right? All manuals were 5 speeds 1989 - on.
