I would imagine a 48" is enough but you might want go 60" just in case or if you get something bigger you want to put on

when it says 48" or 60", is that how long the jack is? or is that how high it lifts?

Go with the 60", you can deal with a little bit of extra, but not having enough sucks.

I have the 48" and it seems to be about the right size.
