Default Fuel Filler Neck

My 1999 Ranger fuel filler neck is rusting out. The Ford dealer wants $375 for a replacement part. There are some up on the internet, however, they indicate they are for a style side and mine is a flare side.

Does anyone have an idea where I can find a fuel filler neck for a 1999 Ranger flare side??

Have you tired hitting up the local junk yards?

Here is a ford parts site still high but not 300 dollars

Regular Cab filler pipe

Regular Cab Flareside 98-01 $156.72

Super Cab filler pipe

Super cab Flareside 98-01 $164.55

Smile Thanks

Thank you. This is the first place I have been able to find that actually lists the filler pipe for the flare side vehicle.

If you only need the metal part replaced, I would go to the junkyard and check any Ranger. The difference in the filler hoses from truck to truck is the wheel base of the truck that chages the hose lengnth and configuration. The metal filler part is held onto the bed with three small bolts and SS clamps on the two hoses.
This is how my 1994 XLT is....I hope this helps
