Default Advise on recommended Radiator

My 2004 ford Ranger 4x4 Edge is close to 17 years old,I have had the antifreeze and hoses, belts, thermostat, changed in 2012.I'm thinking getting it changed again with a new radiator. My question is, what radiator would you recommend and why. I only put on about 2000 miles a year or less. I'm just trying to save a tow in repair. I am pro active. Thanks in advance! Bob C.

BOB,
V6~3.0L per your profile? Overdue for new Antifreeze+Thermostat?
Everything you'd want to know & more about a
new radiator, cap, hoses, pump, fan+clutch+shroud, belt...
I've recently put in my 2001 Ford ExST V6~4.0~SOHC at

http://2001fordexplorersporttrac.fan...ant_ThermoStat

Hopefully this helps.

Hopefully you've got a few more "miles to go yet on your odometer before seeing the JY"! I'm about 10yrs behind you on the garden path, but not interested in new truck payments, so doing everything I can to keep this one going another 100k miles. Enjoy your life & family.

Yes I'm retired and a new or used vehicle isn't in our budget either. If we get a stimulus check, going for some maintenance on the Truck and house. Thanks for the help!
