I had the same problem with both cylinders on my '99 Ranger. I sprayed silicone through a red straw to fill up the cylinder and immediately stuck the key in and worked it around. Both freed up and I have had no further problem.

UPDATE: the TRIFLOW sure made a big improvement!! so far not one hiccup and lock opens fast and smooth!!

ive tried a few lubes and TRIFLOW worked best BY FAR!!
