Default Overdrive Button Switch

That's the one in the end of column shift lever. In the 99 w/AT 4L the button is shot. I removed the button (pry it out) it is dead. Temporarily I have a jumper wire stuck in the female connector in the lever so can just touch the other end to shift OD in/out. Problem I'm having is locating a replacement switch (part # F87A-7G550-AA) . It apparently is a discontinued item. Have checked JY with no luck finding the 2 prong male switch. Dorman or Duralast sells replacements mostly w/3 prongs. Does any one know of a manufacture that makes a replacement button switch.

You can get one of those cheap switches that are the flip switches, if you get them from a place like Napa, or AutoZone their more likely to be a better quality and can have two prongs

found new OEM button switch in FL and have it installed. Now daughter can run OD on or off. Approx. 600 to 750 RPM drop in RPM when it kicks in around 45 mph on flat ground.
