So my a/c has been slow leaking for a while. Well could not get it to hold at all this year. Took it to get looked at and was quoted $900 to get fixed. Said the compressor was leaking. Well I figure I can replace it all myself for less. The shop pulled all the freon out already.

Replace everything, pull a vacuum to check for leaks, add oil and freon. Any other steps I am missing?
