Default ABS & Traction Control warning lights

Just got my truck back on the road after laying it up over winter and both the ABS and traction control lights are on. Because of that can't get it safety certified. Any idea?
Thanks

2010, 4L, manual transmission, no mods very few options. Garage says brakes are in bad shape so front rotors & pads as well as rear pads being replaced. Thinking that could be the issue so will see how that goes.

sounds like one of your abs sensors is malfunctioning and that will affect your traction light too! Pull em off clean em 1 by 1 and re-install! that's what fixed mine
