Re: Brakes losing pressure
Obviously check for leaks everywhere under the truck and hood. Usually the loosing pressure and having to pump up like you described is a leaky line or more likely a bad master cylinder. What has me stumped is why turning the wheels makes a difference on the master cylinder.
It could be a bad caliper or wheel cylinder. Usually they will leak but may take a couple minutes for the fluid to seep down through the rotor or brake drum and be visible without taking it apart.
My guess, you have a rust hole in a brake line or you didn't put extended flexible lines on the front and they are being stretched tight. Things move around more than you think out on the road vs in the garage.
