Mike it croaked on me 3 times today, the last time, I had to lean over hold it down the button and turn the key at the same time, to get it to start. Called the Ford dealer, about a block from my house and they will have the part in the morning, for the same price as I found online. Letting them install,plug and play.No signs of a burnt harness.The link you sent me, was absolutely the same part. Thanks Mike-O!

Took the Ranger to Ford today and had inertia switch replaced. Believe it or not, the switch was the same price as online,I was shocked.I believe they are all aftermarket now,not OEM. Thanks all, for the help!
