My 2000 Ford Ranger Is Making A Clicking Noise Around The Top Of The Radio Near The AC Vents. The Odd Thing Is The Truck Is Off And Won't Start. I Have No Idea What It Is, But The Only Thing I Could Think Of Is The Battery. Please Help.

welcome to the forum! so, the truck won't start, and there's a clicking sound. when exactly does the clicking sound happen? does the clicking sound happen when you turn the key to try to start it?
