Tranmission Cooling line leaking.

Hi, I just discovered my transmission cooling line is leaking just where the metal meets the rubber hose at the clamp. The metal line is pretty rusted from the road salt over the years and being 16 years old. I just wanted to get an idea of how expensive of a fix this is?

I was supposed to drive to Southern Ohio tomorrow( An hour and 20 away), but don't want to chance it getting worse. Anyone have an idea on a temporary fix? My mechanic can't get me in until Monday.

I see a shortened line free of rusty tube, an extended extra piece of rubber line, a short metal tube section to join the two and some hose clamps on both ends and in between in your VERY near future...
