Default No pressure on brake pedal when engine is running

Okay so after I did the rear disc swap I get good pedal pressure when the engine is off but when it is running the pedal will just go to the floor with little resistance. I'm using Stock MC and booster I purchased a Mustang MC and booster but the MC doesnt fit on the ranger booster and the mustang booster studs are in the wrong location to go through the firewall.

Anyone have any experience with this swap? Are there any ranger boosters that will take the mustang MC?
