Default Oil leak where engine meets transmission?

I currently have a slow oil leak between the engine an tranny. After driving the truck, it will leave 1-3 drops on the driveway/parking lot. It seems to only leak when it's running, as it can sit for days after being driven and not leak. The truck is a 96 ranger, auto, 4.0, 4x4 with 92k miles.

After reading I figured it was the rear main seal, but the oil distribution under the truck seems odd for a rear main problem. To me it looks like the oil pan gasket is leaking. I thought it was coming from the oil filter assembly, so I had the seal replaced where the oil filter bracket meets the engine. Still leaking.

I am going to bring the truck in to a mechanic sometime in the near future to get a real diagnosis, but I am going to try the little things first (making sure oil pan bolts are tight etc.)

Any thoughts/suggestions? See pics below.

Wash everything off with a good degreaser. Could be coming from several places, going to be hard to tell without cleaning.

Oil - oil pan gasket or rear main oil seal. Possibly valve cover gaskets.

Tranny fluid - transmission input shaft

Let me know if you ever found a solution. I am having the same issue and cannot seem to find a leak. I tried adding some uv dye to the oil to see if I could find it and no luck so far. I am going to check again after sunset.
