As for being cold, the worst part is, look at the position the intensity was. Only two out of four, not even half! I could understand if i had blown the air to the max, condensation is understandable, but this is weird because the water formed on the sides no matter how the vents were placed (both on me since there is no indirect options), thanks for your inputs guys, i'n counting the days till i camp at the dealership again, lol.

This is not that big of deal just STOP running the AC with your windows down. I dont know where you live but that is pretty common for us here down south. On really hot humid days especially the evenings I can produce the same effect when the air is on and the windows are down.

Considering i paid close to 1k for a cheap ass excuse for an a/c system, when those 30C+ humid days (which was the temp when i took the pic, we never get dry heats here) happen, i want it to at least work right and not place everything electrical in the cab at risk..

Allright, so i calmed down and got my explanation. Turns out you had it right (partly)!

Went to the dealership, they tested and measured against another ranger a year or two older, that was already in. They said my a/c throws colder air, and will form condensation if i leave the windows down on a warm day.

So far, the engine is louder, and the a/c is colder. Wonder what' i'll find next. Maybe i should dyno it, lol.

Like I said its not your truck that has the problem alone this is a common issue. Here is my truck....

after you posted I went out for a drive and made it do this just show you. In fact every ford I have owned has been notorious for this. Hope this gives you peace of mind.
