Default Crank/No Start 93 XLT

93 Ranger XLT 4 cyl 2.3 ltr. 160k miles
5 Hours of looking up this issue and I'm forced to post. Sorry if this is a very common topic.
I was driving home last night when my truck died on me. While I still had momentum I tried to start it on the roll. That didn't work. There was enough compression to slow it down. Today, I have checked for spark, check for fuel pressure and checked the pump while I was changing the fuel filter - fuel pump is pumping. I replaced the spark plugs. Still, no start. So, to tell you what I have. Fuel compression, Spark, cylinder compression. I have not hooked up any gauges on this. The fuses under the hood that are for fuel pump, eec and for a/c. Since they are the same type of fuses and two worked for sure. I switched them around to see if it would start. I used starting fluid on the air intake. Didn't do a thing. And for god sakes I checked the fuel reset button under the glove box, for this type of issue it the VERY first thing people say. So. What am I missing here?

I have the 2.3 not the 4.0 . Also, I don't want to start throwing parts at this old truck. From what I read all over, if the ICM is going out it will turn back on after cooling off. I'm thinking it slipped timing. I'm going to check when I get the truck home. If it is in time, I'm going to sell it.
