Default 1989 2.9 Ranger - Tensioner Pulley

Where is the tensioner pulley to loosen the power steering pump belt? I am confused or dumb :-p lol?

If there is no tensioner then obviously one of the accessories driven by the belt should loosen up/tighten the belt. It isn't too hard to figure out.

Usually loosening the bolt by the alternator will push the alternator down >>> loosening the belt
