I replaced my dash lights with LEDs, and now I have noticed two things happening. 1st, the indicator needle is slightly to the left, and when all the way in first, it indicates it's between second and first. Second, it seems like there are two "steps" in each gear position. Like when I put it in the drive, there are two slots that the lever will go into, with both engaging the chosen gear. How do I solve this?

Edit: autocorrect

That video may work, but if I understand correctly it may be a pin inside the shift lever

If that's what it ends up being, I have a few extras
