Default clutch petal frozen solid?????¿?

OK so I have a 96 ranger stx 4.0 truck was running perfect last night went to start for work and the clutch petal is froze solid???? I ended up bypassing the sensor so I could start the truck without using the petal in hopes to have the engines heat thaw it out any suggestions/ tips thank you in advance

If you have moisture in the clutch hyd fluid then it could freeze up or you have a bad master or slave cylinder on the truck

Or the connection to the slave is loose.

My clutch line came off last week and i had to vacuum bleed the slave cylinder. It could be that the spring clip holding the fittings together lost a little spring tension.

Yeah, I'd make sure the line is connected to the slave first.

Yeah it was the hydraulic line. Thanks for all the help and quick responses best app I've ever downloaded thanks again!
