Default Too much heat

I have a 2009 Sport 4.0 litre 4x4. I have been reading up on this and have not found anyone with the same problem.... I have extreme temperatures... On heat it is too much heat on A/C its too cold... there is no medium ground here. Any suggestions?

Mines pretty warm too, I just keep it on defrost with the lowest level set and the hear dial in the middle.....sometimes a little more towards cold

Even adjusting the temperature nob does nothing?

Ford is known to have pretty baddass HVAC systems in their vehicles.
