Default engine stalling ?

At around 40 to 50 mph my truck feels like its stalling or hesitating.
No check engine light.
Could it be a vacuum hose?

What RPMS is it turning? I assume it's an automatic?

I ran the scanner and I got code that said misfire in cylinder 6.
I check the plug wire and it had a good spark.
Then I checked the spark plug and it has been in there a long time (huge gap)
Other then that the plugs looked good.
So I changed all the plugs.
And now it idles rough and back fires in the tail pipe.
I need to drive it to work and see what code comes up.

Today I got a misfire in cy 3.
I pulled the plug to make sure it wasn't cracked. IT looked ok so I put it back in and the truck ran a little better. But through the same code.
So I changed the plug wires and coil. Now she is running just fine.
