Default 4x4low not working

My 4x4 low will not turn on any ideas what's causing this and 4x4high still works.

Sometimes I have to stop completely, put it in neutral, let it roll slightly then it'll kick into 4x4low. Maybe that will work for you I thought mine was messed up for awhile before I tried that.

I'll try that I've tried putting it in reverse and tried kicking it in that way but I'll try that thanks

You have to be completely stopped, foot on the brake, in neutral(clutch pressed down) for 4x4low to engage....

Thanks its working again right but next problem I've got is I broke off my tail gate handle but I ordered a new one for like 4 bucks

SUPER simple install, just replaced mine. Lots of YouTube videos on it but basically have the tailgate open and there's a panel on the back of it with 8 bolts, take those off, remove the panel and there's 2 10mm bolts that undo the handle

I watched a you tube vide and looks easy I'd like to find a metal one but all I can find is for 90-03 and I only got 7 bolts one fell out lol and got two that keep getting lose I might put some sheet metal screw's in to make it stay and thanks for all your help
