I'm assuming that the door and ignition keys are still seperate in that model year. You should be able to go to a local locksmith or a dealership and they should be able to cut the keys for you off the vin. Unless the door lock cylinders have been replaced in which case you might be sol for just having a key cut. The lock cylinders are fairly inexpensive (40 at autozone) at most parts stores and are not too bad to replace, so you might consider that route as well so you know that no one has a key for your truck and comes in the middle of the night.
