Default Full tune-up

I bought a 01 Ranger with 177K miles on it a few months ago and decided that I should go go through and tune up the truck. Here is what I have done so far:

Canged/Replace: oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, coolent, thermostate, PCV valve, power steering fluid, rear differential fluid, spark plugs (and wires), brake fluid and transmission fluid.

Is there anything else that you guys think that I should do?

Also my power steering is still whining when I turn the wheel, should I try to rebuild the old one for $15 or buy a new one for $40?

Its a little late since you replaced the coolant, but you may want to change radiator/heater hoses depending on their condition. If it is a 2X4 repack the front wheel bearings.

Yeah, it is a 2x4. I will check the wheel bearings this weekend as I still have a few more lingering project that I need to do on the truck. I want to put in a new/rebuild the old power steering pump because mine is noise (but from what I hear a lot of fords have noise pumps).

The radiator hoses looked good though. I am guessing that they where replaced at some point in the trucks history.
