Default Brake Problem! Possibly bad Master Cylinder?

This problem just started recently, ill be coming to a stop and ill hear a click then a pulsation in my front brakes kind of like when you stop in the snow or ice and your abs system comes on, but my light doesnt come on. It only happens when coming to a slight stop and then after my brakes work fine. It only happens maybe once or twice everytime i drive it and its becoming more prevalent. It worries me because i dont want to rear end someone! i changed the fluid to see if there was just air in the lines but it still does it. Its not pulling to a side either when stopping normally so i dont think its a caliper going bad. Any help/Advice would be greatly appreciated!
