Default MPG problem please help

I have a 1990 ford ranger, my gas MPG has dropped from 300 miles a tank to 150 miles a tank... the previous work done to the truck includes
1.Distributor cap
2. rotor button (distributor cap)
3. spark plugs
4. spark plug wires
5. oxygen sensor
6. air filter
7. fuel pressure regulator
8. fuel pump
9. fuel filter
10. mass air sensor
11. idol air pump

Plus the regular things such as oil change and fluids are done/checked regularly and i have not found a leak anywhere. I am lost on what to look for please help
thanks
