Default 03 ranger

Ive been having issues with my 03 Ranger 2.3, im only getting like 250 miles out of a full tank of gas which is terrible cause when i first got the truck it was getting close to 400 out of a full tank. Ive changed the plugs, wires, pcv valve, and the fuel filter and im running out of things that i think it could be. Anyone have any suggestions on what else i can check?

Air filter maybe? When was the last time some fuel system cleaner was used? Try those first. If you are still having problems, try cleaning the mass air flow sensor and/or the intake air controler valve.
