make sure the drains are not plugged, do you park under a tree a lot?

yea i havent gotten far with it but i dii find out how to fix you have to rip apart ur dash pull the airbox out an change the gasket in the cowl which bye the way is about 60 bucks/ also water appears to run accross the top of the cowl an drip right in to our air box an straight to the floor if the fresh air door is open so to fix it when you have it apart the guys at ford said try running a bead of silicone acroos it too stop the water from running there/ if you want them to fix its about 900 ford really screwed us on this. the say they dont havea problem with it but alot of people seem to have this problem an on newwer truck thats where the fuse block is an it has been shorting out things on the newer trucks good luck to you on yours let me know what you do lol
