Default Steering wheel at 10 o'clock ???

I should be getting my truck back, sometime at the begining of next week. After getting the entire right side destroyed.
However, the mechanics claimed they aligned front end after replacing bent upper control arm.when wheels are straight the steering wheel is at 10 o'clock, when before it was at 12 o'clock.does it need to be realigned,or what needs to be ajusted to put steering wheel back to 12 0'clock ???

Yea, an alignment would be needed if you want the steering wheel straight, it sounds like they didn't lock the steering wheel at 12 O'clock when they did the alignment. Having the steering wheel off by that much wouldn't hurt anything, just get annoying

Depending on what was replaced, there are a few things you can do.

-If it was just control arms and tie rods, adjust them like others mentioned. But the alignment shop should be able to take care of that.
-If the rack was replaced there is a way to fix that too. First, start with the wheels pointed straight. Turn the wheel to full lock left, back to center, then right. You are checking if the steering wheel turns the same amount left as it does right. If it does, then you can pull the steering wheel off and realign it on the shaft. Your local auto parts store rents a tool to pull the steering wheel.

No matter what, a professional shop should be able to take care of this and get your wheel pointed straight.
