Depending on what was replaced, there are a few things you can do.
-If it was just control arms and tie rods, adjust them like others mentioned. But the alignment shop should be able to take care of that.
-If the rack was replaced there is a way to fix that too. First, start with the wheels pointed straight. Turn the wheel to full lock left, back to center, then right. You are checking if the steering wheel turns the same amount left as it does right. If it does, then you can pull the steering wheel off and realign it on the shaft. Your local auto parts store rents a tool to pull the steering wheel.
No matter what, a professional shop should be able to take care of this and get your wheel pointed straight.
