Default Sneaky Cops

So I had to go Olympia this afternoon and I'm cruising along 101 at 67-68mph(speed limit is 60mph). I came up on a car that is going a little slower so I look to pass and a Suburban is just pulling up on my rear quarter panel. I wait for her to pass me and check again to pass. There's an older Jeep about 100 yards back, plenty of room to pass. I signal, pass the slower car and signal and move back into the right lane. The Jeep is now passing me. It gets up behind the Suburban and then lights up like a Christmas Tree. I cracked up! The wife and I were talking about how much fun that would be, drive an old beater, sneak up on someone and flip the lights on. I moved into the left lane and didn't even slow down as I passed them pulling to the side of the road, just smiled.

i hate cops. upland PD uses chargers as their undercover vehicles, but theyre damn obvious. limo tint, black steel wheels with chrome center caps (#1 sign its a cop) and these fat little hockey puck shaped antennas on the roofs.

but theyre tryin to be sneaky, the plates dont say CA EXEMPT on em, they say california like a normal plate, AND they have registration tags.

Cops really arent that sneaky around here...Mostly crown vics and chargers...Ive seen a couple all white with the oklahoma trooper logos also in white, but stand out when your headlights are on them. Everything is so flat around here, as long as you keep your eyes open and dont speed around blind corners, you're good.

Well, all cops are sneaky. That's why they are cops. I have had my run in with them a few times, but they are doing a job that's gotta be done. Otherwise normal working folks wouldn't be able to have a decent life with all the low lives causing trouble. I used to hate cops, but there are times when you do in fact need them.

I've seen a jeep cherokee, an explorer, mustangs, all kinds of different cars. they use the ones they impound in drug raids as their cars. i also learned the other day that they are running with out of state tags around here as well.

RCMP here in Alberta do something a little differant they will at late night pull over on the shoulder of a highway flip the hazards on and simulate a broken down vehicle and catch speeders and drunk drivers that wayand its done at the middle of the night. They use F150's, Tahoes, Silverados, F350's and the odd Camero for ghost cars to catch people.

They try to be sneaky where I live.. they have their radar spots everyday in the same spot infront of my school to ticket us students, never move.. just usually hide behind a van or behind a skinny ass tree. I've also seen Tahoes, Silverados, Chargers, Impalas. They usually aren't white, the impalas are though. The most common colors are light blue and red. So easy to spot them. Also, I always know where the radar traps around the whole city are because someone set up a text messaging radar alert system which sends the street and location of all the radar traps, as well as accidents to avoid delays. Really the sneakiest thing they do around here to catch speeders on main roads is to drive a civilian vehicle and call the squad cars who are nearby. They also back into ditches at night just far enough so that they can see the road.

Strongsville Ohio has an f150 Harley Davidson edition police truck. It's BA. They also have a Jeep Cherokee (old one), Crown Vics, 3 Expeditions, and a couple other random cars. The f150 says it was confiscated in a drug bust on the back. Now my city Berea had crown vics and one explorer. Parma has all impalas and Tahoes and they are complete *******s and very sneaky.

When i was in indiana they have tons of undercovers. Saw a BMW at firehouse subs. Saw a charger that had regular tags, no antennas, 20" rims, and limo tint. If you looked closely you could see the lights all around the top of the windows on the interior. They also have mustangs, chargers, grand caravans, tahoes, pretty much everything

I heard in one of the southern states they actually use tractor-trailers. There is a state trooper actually driving the truck. They generally try to catch speeding rigs. The speeders will pass them and they radio it in. Then comes the state trooper in the crown vikki. Then you are fucked as he pulls out his portable scale from his trunk. Never actually seen it happen first hand, but I have heard stories.

I worked at a body shop for a couple years and we had to fix various unmarked police cars. Some of them were Dodge Caravans, Ford Five Hundreds, and one was a plain jain all white Durango.

x2 learned that working nights...Ever heard the expression "nothing good happens after midnight?" So true...

Speaking of seized cars becoming cop cars.
