When I did OTR driving, I got real good at spotting unmarked Crown Vics in WI, they are all over the place there. Michigan has Tahoes, Vics, and Chargers, and I've seen a Magnum. I can usually spot them unless they hide pretty well

Might be part of the strobes...might alternated between headlights flashing when the car is lit up.

DUDE. Holy shit the other day, We were wheelin' up on some blocked off trail (no point in throwing blocks there, just something else to climb over), and we saw another truck out here. We slow down (this is up on a 2000 foot mountain) and stop to say hi and its a fucking lifted 7-9" 2009 chevy silverado if I wasn't mistaken, BEAUTIFUL! Then he throws on the lights... Yeah. Now thats redneck.
