Default Opinions... A diamond in the rough!

I have been looking for misc. Ranger parts in junk yards and such but I have never been able to find a decent place that isn't too far away.
Well I just found a 2004 FX4 L2 that looks like it was rolled.
I have contacted them to see how much they want, and while I wait I wanted to know what any of you think this would be worth...

VIN: 1FTZR45E84PA81321
Mileage: 69374
Engine: 4.0L
Transmission: Manual

Keep in mind I have hardly no money right now but might be able to have enough to get this and have a project for a while.
If the price is cheap enough I would get it but I have a couple dilemmas:
1. Should I fix the 04 keeping it mostly stock and use as a DD while I turn my current 98 into a SAS'd trail rig. (I already have a EB D44 and just need some misc parts)
2. Should I turn the 04 into a SAS'd trail rig with my D44, sell my 98 and save $ for a full size (too pull it) while using the SAS'd 04 to DD.
3. Use the 04 for parts and swap into my 98. (engine, axles, etc) And save $ for a full size. Then SAS it, while I have the full size to DD.

Any comments, opinions, questions appreciated.
Thanks

An 04 lvlII is worth more than your 98 even with a salvage title so I say do a cab swap and make the 04 your DD and use the bent cab on the 98 for a trail rig...

UPDATE....
Well dang... They have already dismantled most of it! So it's not worth getting it... I'll just have to wait for another one and jump on it sooner!
