1994-Today I hit a pothole and now there is a alarm sound coming from the airbag control module. What does this mean.

what year is your truck? count the number of beeps, that will be your error code. most of the time, the system beeps when the light bulbs are burnt out.

if the 1994 refers to your year, you don't have airbags.

True... I have a Ranger 2009, but also a 1994 F150 and since I belong to this group, I was hoping someone has experienced a similar issue. Since posting, the tach and speedo have quit working. I apologize for the confusion, but the problem seems to be expanding exponentially.

Sorry to jump in but i have a 94 ranger xlt so it doesnt have airbag in steering wheel? Ive been trying clearify that for weeks

94 and older rangers have no airbags at all.

it clearly say's "airbag" on the steering wheel.

Yep, the F-Series/Bronco gained Airbags for 94, the Ranger/Explorer gained airbags/brand new dash/door panels for 1995.
