And may I add, buy a shop manual. Haynes and Chilton are ok, but the Ford book is the OFFICIAL source.

And Geek is right about the "young lady's" I've use mine at work for the girls I work with and now I'm a hero to all the young girls

I don't have one, but have been looking at picking one up. Is it worth the extra $$ for a fancier one? Or will the basic one be usable enough?

Mine is a cheap one and im happy with it. Got it off eBay for 20 bucks shipped. I think the cheapest one at advance is like 40 up.

I dropped 200 on a reader...can read freeze frame, live data and force commands with it...best thing I ever bought
