Try driving a 97 single cab. Talk about small. I'll be moving though to my 91 f350 4 door dually soon though.

tbh i drove a singe cab ranger and I didn't think it was that bad. But I also like tight spaces. I'm more talking about a bigger truck, bigger bed, more power… i'm pretty much looking for a short box regular cab F1 50 or dodge ram. But I've also thought of just getting a 4.0 Ranger, moar powa!!

4.7s are junk and the hemi is really just paying for a name. Its powerful but they are way over priced.. stick with Ford.

i'm pretty sure I'll stick with Ford. I just put around with the idea of a Dodge. I also want the transmission in this truck to be an automatic so that's already kind of ruling a Dodge out.

Dodges with Cummins motors are the ones that have tones of tranny problems. Well that I hear of

My brother had a hemi and he didn't have any trans problems but he totaled it before he could get into 100,000 miles and up. And I drive a hemi before lots of power but way over priced.

This^^^ my family had a 98 town and country van when I was growing up and the trans took a crap at 47000 miles. Dodge auto transmissions are hoopties.

If you have a 4.0sohc engine it is the one on the left.

When I search for 3.0 both come up. And the one on the left is the one thats factory on the truck
