Not here, in NJ my mileage sucks right now getting about 14mpg

Maybe. I heard this year that concessions were made at the beginning of the season because of low supply. Not sure when all states or how all states comply with the requirement. Either way, I hate the crap.

I'm getting 15-16 mpg which is pretty good, the guy in the stupid Chevy had to put down my truck...

He drives a Chevy what does he know? I was getting about 18-19 before winter.
