You have a 3" body lift, runs around $170 or so IIRC. Or you have a 3" spindle, which is around $350. Spindles are way easier to install if you ask me, but are more expensive and still need to throw another $50 in for rear lift.
Tires, most are fond of BFG, but it comes down to cost, there is also the General Grabber A/T which looks like the BFG A/T just costs less.
Rims/wheels, just depends on what you want, color? Style? There are many options. I would stick with a 15" wheel for sure, they have the cheapest tires.
