Whats The Biggest Trailer/Item You'd Tow?
Out of curiosity, whats the biggest trailer (or item on the trailer, etc) that you would be willing to hook up to a Ranger and drive/pull with? How many axles? How much weight? length of trailer? Any other details you might include?

Just towed a 20' ft tandem, with no brakes on it. Towed it 90 miles to my hometown with my old truck bed on it. Scraped the bed, and when weighed at the scales, teuck and trailer weighed around 6,600 empty. Picked up my S10 drag truck and towed it 90 miles back home. Not sure how much it weighs but the suspension was almost bottomed out. The truck pulled and handled it just fine though. Guess its time to get some air shocks for the rear.

I've towed a 19 foot fishing boat with my 3.0 for 60 miles all done in two days. Having only front brakes on the truck at the time was puckering but I'd definantly do it again in my 4.0

I have a 16ft tandem I pull a lot in the summer, 1600 dry weight I hauled about 1400lbs worth of plows on it not too long ago and it went fine. And the trailer doesn't have brakes(that work) but want to get them working this summer. I would probably trust pulling a smaller car or truck for a shorter distance if its flat but no hills.
