My manual says 5w20, and it's a 2.3 Dura with around +13k miles.

Actually it is because I was told today by my ISP that as of March 15,2010 I won't even be able to use their service at all. That came from Comcast. Half the time my browser won't work and I can't even open my email either.

You do know that they do have a Hybrid version of the Ranger right?

The Ford Fusion Hybrid is very very sexy. The only problem I have with it is when the batteries wear out. The damn batteries are worth more than the car is and they aint cheap either. I'd say Ford has a service plan for it somewhere down the line though which everyone should consider when buying a new car. It could be worth it's weight in gold and save you alot of money over the long haul.

Yours aint quite ready yet. I'd wait until you about 7,000 or more miles on it first.Usually the engine starts to perform better and you'll be more familiar with it at 20,000 miles on the odemeter.

I love how it looks inside and out. Very sleek and fast looking for a family car. Plus that LCD gauge panel that you can customize is just flat out amazing! When I drove one for a day I almost cried when I had to give it back! lol. Im sure Ford has some kind of plan with the battery and all. Id love to only fill up once every two weeks in that car instead of 3 times a week in my truck!

I know I looked at one myself. That's a killer car man. That's the only problem with hybrids in general. The batteries cost more than the actual car is worth. But a service plan would take care of that.

The number 1 thing I did to help gas mileage was attempting to keep with RPM's under or right around 2k when accelerating from a stop.

There you go. hence the term highways instead of the interstates. Your engine aint turning as many rpms as they would on interstates.
