Not sure I agree. Geo metro.
Top gear towed like a 500,000 lb train with a F450 on gravel that was spec'd at 25,000 lbs max towing.

Although here is an interesting fact about that. If you look in the bed if the truck, they put something in there so the rear tires will get traction.

No, they pulled a train.

Towing implies that you could pull it up hill and stop it.

A few guys can move a loaded railcar, attached to an empty railcar, by hand. Trust me, I've done it. I dunno what the reefer cars weight empty, but the load was 127,000lbs. Once you get it rolling, it can be pushed all day long by a few people.
Your 100% right. I operated a locomotive pushing 3 30cu.yard concrete mixer rail cars in a tunnel job, this up a 1/2% grade, (6" per 100'). That's 3.5 mixer trucks per car or 10.5 trucks. Most people know a mixer truck goes at least 60,000 lbs. The loco went just about 50 tons. The Pensy railroad built a 10 wheeler locomotive that the shop crew pushed out onto the turntable by hand. It;s all rolling resistance or lack of it in this case.
