most weight ive ever hauled was my buddys 22 foot cabin cruiser boat. boat alone weighed in at over 5,000 pounds, dont know how much the trailer weighed. i didnt have to haul it far, just from home to the ramp, about 10 miles but i was impressed. it hauled it fine and never whimpered putting it in the water or pulling it back out. but untill i got my fullsize i frequently pulled my 6X12 enclosed trailer with my ranger. trailer is 1400 pounds empty, throw a couple quads and gear in it and its up around 3000 or so. ranger pulls it great, im very happy with how my ranger handles under load.

Don't really tow much with the ranger, but when I do I handles it well. This the only thing I've towed that I actually took a pic of. Nothing like towing your friends broken rig back to the shop after a good day of wheelin lol.

I tow a 12’ enclosed cargo trailer full of tools and materials with my 94 4.0 ranger and it handles it very well. Total weight around 4,000#, I used to tow my 3,000# bass boat all over the place with it, now I have an F-250 for towing.
Here are some chevys for yall;

That’s my red ranger and boat in the background

This was from a few years back but heres my ranger pulling a 20' landscaping trailer with 2 great dane chariot commercial mowers and all the weedeaters, blowers, and hand tools you could ever need and the fuel to power it all. Not sure what the total weight would be but each of those mowers weighed around 1000-1200 pounds. (EDIT: It looks like its squatting a lot but thats because its on uneven ground)

How about this one;

Here is my 12' cargo trailer that I really do pull with the ranger, I got to find a scale and check the weight but I estimate it well over 4,000#.

5000 lb jeep on a 2100 lb trailer. Pulled it about 70 miles back to the house. It did alright for being a 2.3 5-speed dropped 4/5.
