if i get the nissan, it will be older and have more miles on it...for the same price i can get a newer ranger with less miles on it (due to faster depreciation of the ranger). BUT, here is where my dilemma is; even though the hardbody is older by a few years, they had a reputation for being bullet-proof in terms of reliability..the ranger did not. so, if i got a newer ranger, would it be as good a truck as the older nissan?

Ive always prefered nissans but my boss has a ranger and they are reliable and sound
hasnt let him down since he got it
and its a nice truck so id say that one and yeh it would be as good as the nissan which are fuel guzzling machines!
however so is the ranger but i guess not as bad

Ranger if you want a truck that will never fail! Either 2.3L or 2.5L Lima motor. If you ever need power, its ALL OVER those Lima motors!!!!

Holley 2bbl on stock, ported EFI intake Manifold, w/ fitted 2" Adapter Plate. 200hp(+-) Street/Track Truck AND Daily Work Truck! CAM2 fillups every week! But I get 25 mpg. - STILL! AND SMELL GREAT! Haha!
