if i worried about every dent and scratch on my truck it would have never left the dealer lot. i treat mine like it's a truck not a bmw.

Thats fine but I however do care about the appearance of my truck.

The stories always suck, thats why their scars and not beauty marks. Yeh it could have happened in the mall parking lot but its a lot more likely to get scratched and dented off roading...I think everyones point is if your gonna go offroading expect it to get scratched or dented up a little. If the dents real bad beat it out so theres just a scratch.

Did I ever say anything that indicated that I was unaware of the risks involved while of roading regarding possible vehicle damage? I'm starting to think I should have not even mentioned that part and just said my friend backed into me. The point of this thread was simply to let you know what happened and to see if you guys think the dent is repairable.

As little as possible. My friend is paying but I know he is short on funds. I also have a line-X over the rail bed liner so replacing the side would be way to expensive. My neighbor was in the dent removal busyness and thinks it can be pulled out for about $200.

Fixed
I had a PDR guy come out and he fixed in the driveway, looks like it never even happened.

Yea it does, Best $140 my friend ever spent .
In all seriousness though I thought it was a very reasonable price considering the guy comes to you house and worked on it for a good two and a half hours.

Its a scary thing to watch though. I thought it was going to be done with suction cups and things like that but it was done with levers, hammers and die's .
