Yes you have the easy mount option on your truck for in front of the grille, I cannot find any good pics showing it though:

90 degree bend with a hole drilled in each side. Just take bolt out line up tab and put bolt back in place.

Edit: ^^^Dangit Justin! lol!

Hey Luc, remember my four lights I had on the front of mine?

I made brackets similar to a product www.stuffforyourranger.com sells. Except mine were made for Slimlites and theirs is made for daylighters. They mount to existing bumper hardware found on the backside of 98-05 trucks at the bottom of each corner of the grille. You can stick your finger between the bumper/grille gap and feel them.

RangerJustin has daylighter sized lights on the front of his using lighttabs and they ain't that bad looking...

Here's detailed pics of my old setup...

go to home depot and they sell 90 degree steel, its like for bracketry and stuff on roofs. its really thick and is the perfect dimensions for the bumper. its also like $2 each so pretty cheap. you have the easy bolts like everyone said so you may just need to either drill out the brackets or add washers to compensate for two different sized holes

They reuse the bumper mounting bolts. Do one side at a time, take bolt out, place bracket there and tighten bolt back in. Not sure on your year, but on mine I had to take the whole grille and grille surround off.

Like I said earlier, they mount to existing bumper hardware. It is easiest to remove the grille or lower the bumper to get them on. Or just snake 'em up from underneeth.

Here's a pic showing the bolts they attach to...
