So I was right. Got half my order. I ordered 6000k for the Heads and Fogs. Got one set but cant tell what ones they are? Anybody know how to identify them?

I currently have a set of HID (plug and Play) Heads in my truck that were givin to me but they are way to blue and don't have the HI/lo option. After looking at the instructions that came with this first set it looks like the HI/LO option is not as easy as plug and play? Anybody installed the HI/LO's that knows if there is more to the install or is it the same?

there should be a sticker on the box the bulbs are in, atleast both of mine had numbers on em lol

Thanks. The instructions they give you are kinda weak. I did the fogs last night and that was easy. The link to instructions will def help out for the HI/LO's.

I ordered mine from them. Three days later I called them and was on hold for 15min to find out they are out of stock for 2 or more weeks. I called tophidkits.com and they are shipping them out today. Time to call DDM and cancel.

yea i wont be ordering anything more from them after it took so long to get mine, and i live two hours away.

So instead of 29.99$ (49.99$ if you absolutely want the useless high beams) you paid 54.99$, and if you want a lifetime warranty you need to pay another 14.99$ more.


Do you wonder why they had them in stock?

well customer service means allot to me (that is what I do for a living) and if I have to call you to find out that the part I ordered is not in stock and you don't know when I would at least have liked a email. I got nothing. The guys at tophid I have dealt with before and I liked their service and I never had any problems out of the kit I ordered.

thats exactly why i will not be using ddm again, theyre customer service was terrible.

I understand your point.

I am not willing to pay twice the price for someone answering the phone though, since i'm not in a hurry, so i can wait 2 weeks.

Installed the HID kit yesterday no problems... today i think the relay has malfunctioned because the headlights wont turn off after the vehicle is turned off! Any suggestions?
