lift kit = cocaine
lift kits are like a cocaine addiction... first you get a body lift and say "im gonna lift my truck but im never gonna spend those huge bucks on suspension kits".... then you figure out about torsion key and put new ones in the front to make it taller and leafs in the back and your like " its not that expensive, and my body lift isnt enough"... after that you break down and get a full on suspension lift, at this point you are fully addicted to trcuk height enhancement, but its never enough, and before you know it you end up switching out your front axle for a straight axle and jacking your truck up to the sky.
Am i right or what"

Praying this doesn't happen to me. Getting spindles and shackles and hoping I can be happy. At least until I have enough to buy a silverado...

My friend has a 91 and I love it, but his was in mint condition and only had 30,000 on it because it was his grandpas. If I found a 90's body style in good shape id take it, but I'm mainly looking at early 2000's. If I had the money right now I'd buy my friends 99 round body. I thought they started the rounder bodies in 2000 but apparently they made some in 99, and in 2000-2001 they made the z71 classics if I'm not mistaken. IMO all 90's-new silverados are sexy...

If lifting is like coke, then lowering is like meth. It's stronger, fucks you up more, harder to make, and most people think you're crazy.

I would love a lift. But the parking garage at work disagrees. Short body lift maybe. Suspension lift = convertible
