Cleaning the MAF sensor is a great start. How long has it been since youve replaced your upstream o2 sensor? Do you have a CEL? Perhaps the catalytic converter is plugged up (running that rich it may very well have plugged it it up)? Rent a fuel pressure tester from a parts house and check your fuel pressure- should be in the 60s at idle. If its higher, you might have a bad fuel pressure regulator (hopefully you havent been driving it that long or it might have ruined the cat).
How many miles does the truck have? Does the tranny slip or act funny at all? It could be slippage I suppose... Let us know what you find- we should be able to get it up to 25 hwy at least.

At least your IMRC system is working

Here are my fuel trims I'm assuming I only need to look at bank 1 because I have a 4 cylinder. Cleaned the MAF sensor today with maf cleaner, didn't seem to change anything. I do have 2 codes P1443 and a P0401. Those are emissions and EGR codes and I can't figure out how to fix the emission code but the egr code should be easy to fix. The catalytic converter does have a crack in it. Not sure when the last time the O2 sensors were changed if ever.

Anyone else get terrible gas mileage on the interstate? The fiancé and I went to downtown Nashville last night, roughly 90 miles there and back, atleast 75 was all interstate, and there goes a half a tank...

Auto or manual?
Half a tank? If I assume the tank is 19.5 gallons, and half is 9.75 gallons, and you did 180 miles--> 180 / 9.75 = 18.46mpg. That seems kinda low- a 3.0 5 speed manual should get about 23-25mpg with that much fwy.
But seriously, thats a pretty vague description you gave. "Roughly" 90 miles and "half a tank." We need to know actual gallons used and actual miles traveled.

okay I just put it in the gps to where I went....from my place to there, 32 miles, maybe 10 miles driving around town, then 32 miles back. So let's say 75 miles....I didn't keep up with the exact mileage. I always fill up when the gas light comes on, about 18.5 gallons so yea I'd say a 19.5 gallon tank. I was down to a half a tank when I left my house, get back in my truck this morning and drive 2-3 miles and bam the gas light is on. It's 3.0 auto but keep it mind I do have 31s....but still that seems like ridiculously terrible gas mileage. I mean I remember cruising 75 mph with cruise control on around 2500 rpms...why the hell did I get such bad mpg??

Back before I had so much weight in stereo equipment. My 3.0 auto 4x4 excab with 32" tires could easily get 25 mpg all highway

because cruising at 75mph is a lot of wind resistance on the truck and 2500 rpm is not an ideal cruising rpm if you are going after mpg's and you're also probably not calculating your distance traveled correctly

Dillon either you aren't calculating right or someone siphoned your tank. No way you got less than 100 miles to a tank.

No I got about 250 to the tank, I was down to a half a tank when we took of last night. And like I said when I got in my truck this morning my gas light kicked on. And last weekend we went to Nashville as well, just not as far, and it still almost took a half a tank. I know the first half tank gets a lot more miles than the second half, but I sill don't understand why when I get on the interstate I get shitty mileage. If I drive around down for the whole tank of gas I'll almost get 300 miles on the full tank. I just can't figure out why I'm getting such bad mileage on the interstate. Unless my gauge is just off, but I'm 100% positive that both times we went to Nashville I was at a half tank, and they next day I would have to get more gas because my light would come on.

Try using your trip odometer to calculate miles, I usually set it when I fill the tank full.
Also IIRC you have 3.73 gears. That can play a big role
